I ordered a vanilla shake with no toppings. A customer ordered behind me a full meal and received his order before I received my order. After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to ask about my order. A male employee retrieved a shake from the counter. When he gave it to me it had chocolate on it. I asked to have the shake remade. He gave the shake to a female employee to remake. She took it upon herself to grab an empty cup and pour the contents of the old shake into another cup and tried to give it to me. I refused it, and asked to see the Manager. Apparently someone doesn't know what the word remake means.
I visited this Chick-fil-A for breakfast, and I was disappointed with the slow service. There were only two cars in the drive-thru, including mine. I ordered a grilled chicken hash brown bowl with no eggs, but when I got to work and unwrapped my burrito, I found eggs on top of the wrapper. Upon opening it up, I discovered that the burrito was completely filled with eggs. The label even stated it was a burrito with no eggs. Since I cannot eat eggs, this experience was quite frustrating. I expected better service from a place like Chick-fil-A.
Very disappointed !! Order thru drive thru they gave me my food very fast but my fries were old, soggy, an cold ! They also forgot to give me a order of fries but thank God they did because they weren't good anyway !! I go here on the regular so I was very disappointed at the service ..My advice is yall need to focus more on given all foods fresh an hot instead of hiq fast you can give someone cold soggy food ! This is why ppl loose their Kool with fast food places .. We come an spend our hard earned money an don't get what we pay for !!
Staff is what you would expect (polite, efficient, courteous, and just great people). Food is consistently perfect as the staff is trained and ready for even the largest push. We recommend both drive through and dine in. Togo orders can take a bit longer but that’s understandable because in-house guests should have priority. Don’t be scared of a long line. They messed up my order and when I asked about the issue they went to “fix” it and only fixed half the issue and I didn’t realize until I just now got all the way home …. Forgot one of my straws and didn’t properly pack my sandwich (it goes in a box not a bag to get all soggy) and this location doesn’t have cherry coke like the rest according to “Morgan” the young girl who messed up my order . And the store will not answer the phone I have called twice now
There are many aspects to Chick-Fil-A that make them more unique than most. The incredibly fast drive-thru, the service, the respect their employees have for their customers, and the fact that they are closed on Sundays as a day to rest and worship. They are consistently respectful to their customers and always make everyone feel welcomed. Their food is always warm and ready to eat and they have a lot of options.
The crew was on it when we visited. The line was long but moved quick. We got our order exactly right and even got a bundle of napkins! I've been other places where I'm lucky to get a straw, much less napkins.
This Chick-fil-A is a good one. They are relatively quick and it's an updated format. If you order the gallons of tea it's usually already chilled, which is a step above most locations. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Update on 5/19/22: I just received my Uber Eats order, and as you can see, the two large fries were only half full.
