Yesterday I left the sick house to eat something. the young man who delivered my food to my car noticed my kennzeichen and asked if I had watched the chiefs game on Thursday. He told me he had to go with the owner. I explained we had seasonal cards, but my father is in the sick house and I couldn't leave him. we talked about the game, then he asked if he could add my dad to his praying list. he asked for his name. my food is always good here. but yesterday the service in my day made a difference. I'm sad I didn't catch his name, but he sure touched my heart!
not happy with this invite tonight. they forgot some of my things and during the rush hourrs of dinner when parents come with there children to dinner and to play the wut that I think closed the playroom said he had to go clean, then did not go back to clean it, he simply closed it to no reason and that was the early evening not even time to close. my food was cold and the next time better. if they close the playroom for cleaning, then they don't close it then just because it's their shift doesn't want to screw it up later.
I don’t dine at Chick-fil-A often enough to form a strong opinion about the food, but my grandchildren absolutely love it. I do want to mention, though, that no matter how busy the restaurant gets, their drive-thru management is exceptional. It’s impressive to see how well these young employees keep everything moving at such a rapid pace. Hats off to Chick-fil-A for that! Nobody likes to wait, and at Chick-fil-A, you definitely don’t have to.
that's the worst cfa I've ever been. super slow, every time. customer service is not CFA standards. forward order makes no difference, they wait 30 minutes for a simple meal. I received a smirk and an apologies during the discussion on these problems with management. steve lowery must get this place up to cfa standards. it is a great disappointment. Great customer service this morning! I stopped by to pick up breakfast for my team and was so impressed with the young man who served me. He greeted with a smile, asked how my morning was going, gave prompt service and thanked me for stopping there today. Excellent job!
Love this place. If I had to give any feedback it would be that sometimes the crispy nuggets aren't always nuggets and more breading. If you get an 8 count sometimes like 2 or 3 are just breading and no chicken.
the line is as usual around the block. So I did the right thing and parked and went in. great atmosphere safe, and was with a 5 person job in front of the car that would have been before me was on the window.
The wait time was super fast and the team were wonderful as always, but my chicken biscuit, the biscuit part was pretty hard. My friend's food was fine, though! And I'm sure it was just an off day for them. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
First visit to chain. Definitely a well thought out arrangement. Chicken was good. Fries ok. Service very good. Need a system to move customers out of dining area to reduce crowding.
