Ordered some salads via curbside. Food came out quickly. We stayed in our parking space to eat but realized they didn't provide utensils. We called the restaurant, they were apologetic and said they'd send someone down. The young woman came down with not only our forks and knives but with a free cookie to make it right. You gotta love Chick fil A with their top tier service. Even in JC they're pleasant! We sat and ate and watched the tow trucks drive by looking to tow people who leave their vehicles unattended (especially in the Chick fil A spots). They tow quickly, so please don't be that person that parks their car where it shouldn't be then be upset when you return and don't see your car
not bad for a mall chick-fil-a, they have a lot of workers all the time there and they're pretty nice! the food comes out pretty quickly. i've never had a problem ordering from here before but i have also never done uber eats or whatever delivery service with them. the CFA chicken sandwich is just okay in my opinion, feels pretty pricey for what i got. BTW the prices on uber eats are like at least $1.50 more than they are if you were to order in person!
The food and shakes were great. Customer service was lousy…Discount for service men women is advertised. I once received veterans discount. I returned for the great sandwich and peach milk shake. The crew manager told me “we never give discounts to veterans, maybe on July 4th. However, she stated discounts for police and fire fighters. I don’t believe this is chick-fil-a policy since I was given a veterans discount before.
This restaurant is extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, my order arrived without any sauces. It's hard to believe! I ordered two full meals, which should have come with over 10 sauce packets, but none were given. The food just isn’t enjoyable without the sauces.

Chick-fil-A is my go-to spot for fast food at Newport Mall. The service is usually good and efficient. My only complaint is that they don’t always fill the waffle fries container completely. This has happened a few times when ordering from their menu.
The service at Chick-fil-A is incredibly fast, which is a huge help when I'm rushing to my college class or job. It takes less than two minutes for my order to be ready. The menu offers great options, and the food is definitely 5/5.
