I?ve been so excited since this location opened; it was the first location in metro Detroit (aside from Oakland university and Harper hospital). Lines were super long when they first opened, but it has definitely died down recently. Even when the lines were long; the wait wasn?t as long as you?d expect. I visited earlier this week and I was reminded why I enjoy going there so much. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. The gentleman that gave me my food even addressed me as Miss Paige (my name is Paige) and complimented my nails ?? he was very sweet. Why is this the worst chick fil a in the country? I usually avoid this location like the plague but I was in the area today and decided to give it another try. The only positive part of this experience was my order taker who was happy and kind. I placed my order for a 12 piece nugget with Mac and cheese and frozen strawberry lemonade at 10:48 and didn?t receive my order until 11:10. 22 minutes for fast food is atrocious not to mention they had to remake my drink because the order was wrong and my mac and cheese noodles are still raw. Won?t be coming back again. Absolute dumpster fire the way this location operates in comparison to others..thanks for nothing!!
Always a pleasure. Today was the first time I tried carside pick up; I may never get on line again lol. Mind you the lines are SUPER long, but rarely ever a huge inconvenience because the staff executes and expedites the process flawlessly and the accuracy of my orders have ALL been 98 to 100%. If I could change anything it would be too remove the $50 limit on in app ordering; I was $6 over and had to remove items to be able to complete the order and it wouldn't allow me to place an additional order.
my boyfriend and I usually go here often and the food is usually fresh , this time i was so disappointed finding a cockroach literally on top of my sandwich after waiting 45 minutes in curbside ? i then had to wait another 30 in my car waiting for them to bring me my new sandwich it was disgusting i had 3 other people and none of us wanted to eat our food after that. they offered to replace the sand which which we did take but i don?t know if we will be coming back to this location Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I have to lower my rating!! I wish I could give them a zero!! I ordered from the app, assuming everything was fine until I realized my daughter's kids meal and the chicken bites were missing and the chicken was undercooked!! I requested a refund but they were unresponsive. I never received my refund!!!!!
I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time however I will not be going back. They always mess up my order and forget stuff . Today I ordered a spicy southwest salad and got left over shredded chicken in my salad. Looks nothing like normal. I order this salad often I know what they look like .
The restaurant did not provide straws for drinks and my order of 2 chicken fried steaks did not include any gravy in the bag or on the sandwiches. They were dry. The fries were only warm, not hot. I was very disappointed with my experience.
