first I am fan and support cfa, but this specific cfa needs a better administration and improvement in many respects. I have lived in fl and travel to other states where eating is always delicious and fresh. recently moved here to suffolk and I am as disappointed as this cfa operates its business. the chicken sandwiches are often over fried and extremely salty. they do not sell sharply grilled or the salat have always a bad old chicken taste. they will never complicate them for their mistakes or complain! all they will say is “innocent”... literally no point to complain. they cannot cope with the volume! between the food pick-up order (door dash etc), where the lines go out the door, the drive-thru line (comical) and regular customer line (as back from the door) it is pure nonsense. the personal is so amazing, but that I really felt bad for them (they smile, but they know that they are stressed we waited 32 minutes to eat our food from when we order it. I ordered a deluxe and we will, it was just the hunch (minus the pickles as desired) on a bungalow with extremely boiled frying. I usually do not bother reviewing Chain fast food restaurants, but today I was really impressed. I have eaten at several Chic-fil-A locations in the past. None have made a sandwich as crispy or offered fries as hot and perfectly seasoned. This location has its brand down to a science.I rated the sandwich an 8/10 at other locations, which I call take it or leave it'. always a fast and great eating in Kicher-fil-a. my wife and I have made the little little little chicken sandwiches on cookies. I swear, they've put a little honey on everyone because they just have a little sweet, which my son ordered a 12 piece of nuggets. do not recommend the coffee, but in a prise it is okay. I think the girl did it wrong.
Love Love Love this location. My car broke down while on drive through lane and the manager came out to help me with my car. I love their service and their food. I can never get enough!
I love it. But if you are allergic you let them know and they will let you know for sure. They have other meals without peanuts which is wonderful..
