The short dark haired plus size manager is the rudest Chic Fil A employee I have ever encountered. She has no business working for a company that prides itself on friendliness. She was rude, arrogant, patronizing and unprofessional. Also refused to give me a drink holder for my drinks. I had two drinks and several large bags of food. She hands me two drinks and all the food and I asked for a cup holder and she said “we are no longer giving out cup holders for just two drinks.”Um huh? Lol you need to give out drink holders whenever you are asked for one. That’s your job! Won’t be back to this location and am filing a complaint with corporate.
I really enjoyed the taste of everything and I am a big fan of CFA, but I was surprised to find out that by unchecking the upcharge for the bun, I would receive my sandwich without a bun. I assumed I was choosing a regular bun instead of a different type of bun as an upgrade (who upgrades to white bread anyway?). It felt a bit misleading, but overall, I still think highly of this place!
Very clean and kind establishment. The food is delicious and fast. This site has a very small kids play area which does get crowded very easily. It does have gluten free bread options but you do need to specify specifically for them to change their gloves and I don't think they used a separate area to construct the meal.Food: 5/5

First time dining at this Chick Fil A location and despite Chick Fil A's high standards, this place was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also got our food a lot faster than other locations we've been to. Bonus is that the indoor playground is open!Food: 5/5
Yummy! Great chicken and sides. Double check your bag before driving away as they forget stuff sometimes. I don't get the nuggets anymore because I have gristle/bones in them the only 2 times I have ordered them but the bigger pieces of chicken are great!Food: 4/5

It was my first time in this restaurant, great customer service since the beginning, we were in drive-thru, line was little long, but workers took orders from the line, so almost no waiting time for us, food was good, very satisfied and very recommended

Surprisingly pleased with the few healthier options here. Wrap and Kale salad were both very good. The blended coffee drink was a bit too much like ice cream to call it coffee. Inside was clean and well maintained!Food: 4/5
