I have been a customer of Chick-fil-A for 45 years and have never encountered any problems at their stores until today. I had an issue with my fries and had to return to the drive-thru to get it resolved. The young man working there tried to help by going inside to talk to someone about replacing the fries. He came back and informed me that Matt refused to replace them, so I had to go inside even though I was in a hurry. I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars, but I can't! I always enjoy my experience every time I visit Chick-fil-a. I am always greeted with a smile, the service is very fast, and the food is always fresh. I particularly appreciate that my order is always correct, as many other restaurants often make mistakes. The longest I've ever had to wait in the drive-thru was about 6 minutes, which is not long at all! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you happen to be nearby, make sure to stop by - you won't be disappointed!
as always, chik fil a, will satisfy the customers. the half of our order was right, but not the other half. I didn't know until we were on the road for 5 minutes. no problem, just turned around and took it back. they realized where the mistake was made and made us eat fresh quickly! I still don't know why there was a living hugging around on the parking lot? Maybe it was a waffle house next door.
What a great group of people, went to Ihop told by people already there they had been waiting over 45 minutes for food and they meet there every Saturday. We went over to Waffle House and no seats were available went to chic fila with a part of 10 they nailed it. Had our food in less than 5 minutes and with smiles the whole time. ?

Stopping at this restaurant after CFA is always a pleasant experience for a quick bite. I tried the BBQ and speck fried chicken sandwich, which was excellent as usual. Although the wait for our order was a bit long, it wasn't too bad, and the drive-thru runner gave us a freebie card as an apology. Overall, great service.
I used to enjoy Chick-fil-A, but recently I have noticed that prices have increased while the portion sizes have decreased. For the third time in a row, my fries have only been filled to about 3/4 capacity. It's disappointing to see prices going up while the amount of food being served is going down.
Employee was very friendly. She ordered a spicy chicken combo instead od a deluxe chicken combo. It was to spicy for me. If she had stopped bashing Chick fil a and listened closely to my order I would not have received a spicy chicken sandwich, it sat my mouth on fire.
I purchased a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant from the restaurant, but when I got back in my truck and started driving, I noticed that the sandwich was burnt. It was a disappointing experience, as I did not expect this level of quality from Chick-fil-A.

We always find ourselves at this same location in Georgia when traveling from Texas, and we consistently receive great service with hot, delicious food.
Always the best service. Happy employees that make you feel welcome. Never had a bad experience.
