I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered breakfast items and drove off only to find that an item that was ordered was not in the bag. I had to go back through the 30 minute drive through to find out that they can no longer give me the item due to breakfast being over. I was compensated with a chicken nugget box and a voucher. All was well until I drove off and looked at the voucher. It literally expires today 12/31/2021. Could not be more disappointed in my experience at this location.
Clearly says extra tomato no pickles on the bag. Got no tomato and pickles on the order. Line was crazy long so I sort of get it but I've never had chick FIL a mess up an order for me before. Usually this location has a pretty short line. Guess times havechanged. Disappointed at the no tomatoes as they are essential to why I get a deluxe in the first place. Sucks that I paid forit. I had no time to get it fixed because I had to head back from my lunch break.
Always a consistent taste here but the same problem with all the other Chick-Fil-A's haha every time I actually want to eat here, it happens a Sunday and they are closed, but last time I went into them were actually open! Do not forget to get one of their ingenious sauces, it makes top notch, chicken not the same after you eat here ha!
I have had many issues at this location in recent months. Our order has been incorrect with missing items on multiple occasions. I reached out to them for help with a refund after they completely omitted a kid’s meal. After two weeks, all they have done is said they would call (they haven’t) and string me along. Come here for breakfast. Have the Egg White Grill Meal with black coffee and an additional order of Hash Browns. The restaurant was clean, the service was great. If you are looking for a healthy breakfast option in a quiet environment, Chick-fil-A is the place to go. I'm definitely back.
Recently visited and had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese. The combo comes with a choice of the side (I had gun barrels) and a well drink. The meal was well costed and hope to return soon. The tax card was near $12. Friendly and attentive service
I wish the app was not so difficult to use!!! What if FFR don't put your sandwiches on your sandwiches? If I had time to pick up plastic packages, I would have gone to order. Any CONDITIONS NOT on the SANDWAY are not explained! You have to.
