I have visited several Chick-fil-A locations and each one has been amazing! I particularly enjoy their freshly squeezed lemonade, which is not something you find often. The customer service is always top-notch, with staff members consistently displaying a cheerful attitude. The food is exceptional as well. As a veteran, I was even given a free sandwich as a token of appreciation for my service to our country and our freedoms. I deeply appreciate when businesses show gratitude towards those who have served.
Clearly says extra tomato no pickles on the bag. Got no tomato and pickles on the order. Line was crazy long so I sort of get it but I've never had chick FIL a mess up an order for me before. Usually this location has a pretty short line. Guess times havechanged. Disappointed at the no tomatoes as they are essential to why I get a deluxe in the first place. Sucks that I paid forit. I had no time to get it fixed because I had to head back from my lunch break.
I love Chick-fil-a, the food, the team members, the friendly atmosphere! I have been to a number of locations which were all very nice. I have visited the El Toto Road, Laguna Hills, CA location the most and I feel like part of the family! They are sofriendly and kind, they remember me, they go out of their way and I receive fabulous service! The food is always fresh and totemperature. I feel like I can eat healthy and delicious!
This restaurant has gone downhill. The drinks they serve are pure watered down cellulose. It's clear that they do not clean their drink machines, which is quite disgusting, especially since they serve breakfast. Additionally, they forgot my sauce. As a general contractor, I usually bring my employees to this restaurant because of their good Christian values, but it seems like they are now cutting corners to make a quick profit. Always a consistent taste here but same problem with all the other Chick-Fil-A's haha everytime I actually want to eat here it happens to be a sunday and they are closed but last time I went in they were actually open!Don't forget to get one of their awesome sauces, makes it top notch, chicken not the same after you eat here ha!
There is always a line of cars, but they move very quickly. They take your order at your car, which keeps the flow moving smoothly. It is a well-organized setup for a high-traffic restaurant. The food is outstanding.
I was disappointed to receive plain nuggets instead of the two 12-count grilled nuggets that I ordered. When I attempted to exchange them at the counter, I was informed that I would need to purchase them again.
