Chick-fil-a - Tisch reservieren

I have placed a $60 order including 3meals, 2 on the part and a market salad. when we came home, we realized that 2 of my 3 meals were missing. we called the load and said it was too bad and they couldn't help. we told them we were right on the road and could pick up the failed meal, but we were told we were just before the closure, and it was too bad that they said we could come back tomorrow for the meal. that doesn't make anything for our ruined dinner tonight! the woman we talked to, I don't remember her names, had a terrible attitude and made it feel that it was our fault for the missing meals. the lack of mealtimes is a thing, but the complete lack of accountability and lack of determi...

Every single chick fil a I've ever been to has superior service, friendly staff and competent management, quick lines, as well as gets the food right. That is, every chick fil a, EXCEPT this one!!! This is the worst location I've encountered. Drive thru always has a long line that takes way longer to get through than it should, staff seems confused or undertrained, sometimes are rude at that, they consistently shorted us on nuggets and fries by a lot every visit. The manager was super rude when we finally complained that this was happening consistently so we stopped going to this one altogether.

Terrible experience at the drive through. I arrived a little bit before 4 pm, and the woman who was taking orders was rude and lazy and didn’t want to serve me. Then she said well we ran out of almost everything, but not the order for the people you are taking in front of me. I won’t eat here, and will take my business elsewhere, to Whataburger where they actually have a selection, and Texas sized drinks.

Staff is very nice, food is always great and the drive thru very efficient. They get you in and out quickly!!
