They will have a really nice set-up once the new section of the drive thru is complete. For now it is a horrible wait. But it is Chick-fil-A and you can not beat their chicken sandwiches. So I will endure the wait. The employees they have outside in the heat taking orders from the customers were very polite and soldiered on, I think they need hazard pay for that, but they continued with the company's motto and took care of the customers.
While I typically avoid fast food, I have to admit that this restaurant is well-managed and of high quality. Can you think of another fast food joint where the staff will offer to refill your drink or clear your table? This place is exceptional, and their chicken sandwich is pretty darn good.
Great staff that is super friendly and always good about getting you through the lunch hour rush. They definitely can move a drive thru as well so don’t think you’ll be stuck in that line long either. Also I believe this location is owned by a former Dallas Cowboy so that’s always a plus.
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I adore everything about it! The service is excellent, the food is consistently outstanding, and the staff is very professional. This location is by far the best! The manager, Bruce, has always greeted us with a smile and is the nicest person! All the staff is genuinely happy every time we come! Montgomery Plaza Chick fil a had been our Friday lunch spot for two years straight! Love it!
I witnessed a Chick-fil-A employee go above and beyond during a busy lunch rush to help someone change a flat tire. This is the type of exceptional service you can expect at this restaurant. The food was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Overall, great job!
Yesterday I ordered a Chicken salad sandwich and they said they do not serve this any moore , any way I ordered something diftrent my lunch was delicious and Love the costumber service .
