A young trainee worker did her best to serve our meal, but unfortunately, a few items were missing and she had to go back to get them. I have been disappointed by this particular restaurant chain in the past, but today's experience was a pleasant surprise. It had been over 2 years since I last dined here, and I can definitely say that they have made a lot of improvements. I arrived at 8 o'clock and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Kory, who is the face of this establishment. He managed the team efficiently, was polite, and made me feel welcome. I had late night coming from urgent care with my daughter. I came literally right before they closed. They served me like they just opened. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel like family. I had a rough day and the exceptional service brightened up my day. Thank you for giving great service even at the last minute. They ran out of lemonade but the service blew me away it didn’t even matter. Also my spicy chicken sandwich was the best one I had ever!!! I don’t know, maybe it was the hospitality.
I am a regular customer at Chick-fil-A locations, including this one, and was disappointed by the long wait for my order during my recent visit. The drive-through was busy, so I decided to go inside. Although I have been to this location multiple times before, the delay caught me off guard. Finding a parking spot was easy, and I opted for a takeout dinner. Service was a bit slow.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service and the high quality of the food at this restaurant. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe combo, while my friend had the regular chicken sandwich combo. Both meals were made to order and tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely come back again.
I placed a to-go order at this restaurant using my phone and when I arrived, they asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Once I received my order and returned home, I discovered that all they had given me was a salad, with no utensils or dressings. In hindsight, I should have checked my order before leaving.
I'm very shocked. I've been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a few girls in the 70s and 80s in ohio. this is the first time in all the years that I hath browns and eggs that cannot make the cheese melt revived. that really strengthened me to cook before I leave my own house.
