I visited this Chic-Fil-A during a busy weekday lunch. I had never been to this location before, but decided to give it a try since it was close to home and looked nice. I parked on the side, near Lowes, due to the crowded lunch rush. I expected long lines inside, but to my surprise there were only 3 people waiting for orders. I ordered food for my fiance, son, and myself, and my order was ready almost immediately. I have tried many food establishments from Smyrna to Dover, but none of them can compare to this Chic-Fil-A! I will definitely be coming back whenever I am in Dover.
I always consider Chick-fil-A a winner. This place is always bustling, but honestly, what's not to love? You get your order quickly and the food is consistently good. I have never been disappointed here. I visit once a week and appreciate the friendly employees. The chicken and waffle fries are always hot and fresh, the sweet tea is delicious, and the milkshakes are possibly the best I've ever had. This is a great spot for tasty and satisfying fast food, just remember they are closed on Sundays.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I waited for fifteen minutes while the managers sat and talked, ignoring me and three other guests. Multiple staff members walked right by me without acknowledging me at all. The entire shift should be terminated, especially the managers. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service in the food industry. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a fast food restaurant before. This experience was absolutely disgraceful.
I just left the chick-fil-a in Dover on Dupont Highway. I ordered 4 chicken strip meal. I got home a went to warm up my strips in the air Fryer and the chicken strips were a little bit bigger than nuggets. Out of pocket. Normally if they are that small, other chick-fil-a stored give you a couple extra. Not this one. Real crazy. I gave it 3 stars because I like chick-fil-a in general, but really though? They are the worst! I came in on Saturday and ordered a milkshake chocolate and they didn?t put ANY chocolate and it was a hair in the milkshake! The manager Ron and the heavy set fat one Marissa were so rude and gave me a hard time and my refund is stillnot showing up. Do not eat here! I called cares number but Mary has yet to respond. This not your typical Chick fil a. Do noteat here!
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff is fantastic - always polite and friendly. I wish more businesses were as attentive and appreciative of their customers as this establishment. Five stars is not enough to rate them, they deserve at least ten stars! ????
Theeeee worst experience! I ordered a number 1 with medium fries and got precisely 5 fries and the chicken was not crispy at all but extra dry and extremely overcooked. I will not be returning here! I just hope I won?t get sick in Jesus Name. The devil is aliar
I ordered a frosted lemonade and it was served dirty and very watery. I didn't even take a sip, I just threw it out. The fries were also unpleasant and the chicken had no taste at all. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I found the food to be mediocre at this restaurant. I thought it was a bit too salty, but overall it was hot and edible. I would consider returning in the future.
