McDonald's quality service disguised as Chick-fil-a. The service has usually been poor each visit to this place, but the service I received on 25 Aug 22 was by far the worst. Since mobile orders can no longer be picked up at the front, you have towait on the staff. On this particular morning, I waited 5 minutes, not to be acknowledged at all, as three separate peoplewalked up after me and immediately receive service. The young lady was unapologetic and aloof. Is this the new standard ofservice customers can expect from this restaurant post 2020? If so, Wendy's serves breakfast. People can just go there. Avoidthis location if you can.
literally when i had got into the drive thru the people taking the orders didn?t say hello or anything until i asked if someone can take my order. the cfa sandwich was very dry and salty, the fries was very dry and tasted like straight cardboard?not onlythat but now i?m having to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes because there is something wrong with the food. would give 0 starsif i could.
What really stood out to me about this restaurant was the prominent emphasis on chicken over beef. They clearly promote chicken as the superior choice, offering a diverse menu that includes nuggets, sandwiches, wings, tenders, and uniquely cut fries. The staff is amazing!! they?re so kind and helpful. A lot of the bad reviews are just from people that don?t realize that teenagers are running the store, in which I give props too. The food is always amazing and hot, and comes out surprisingly fast.They do sometimes mess up my order but they happily get it fixed. I enjoy coming here!
I stopped by this location to pick up food for my family: 4 chicken sandwiches, 4 large fries, and 4 large drinks. After a 30-minute drive home, I discovered that I was missing 2 chicken sandwiches. I'm not angry, but I am disappointed because I paid for everything and didn't receive it all.
This location is crazy busy, but consistently delivers world-class customer service!
