I visited this restaurant about 45 minutes before closing time. When I got home, I realized that our order was missing some items. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. The next day, I contacted my daughter who gave them our receipt information and was told that someone from management would call me back and to look out for an email. After a few days passed without any contact, I called again and was given the same response - that upper management would call me and I would receive an email. It has now been a month and I have still not received a call or email. This experience was not satisfactory and I am very disappointed. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We never received a confirmation on our order, leading us to potentially being short on our items. The fast-paced line was slowing down due to customers having to verify their orders before proceeding. Additionally, they were giving out ice cream cones first, causing them to melt while customers waited for their food. To top it off, they handed out multiple bags of food, making it difficult for customers to carry everything with only one free hand. Despite having at least 6 staff members at the window, they still managed to forget items for some customers.
This restaurant is one of the busiest food establishments I have ever come across. I visited on a Friday morning at 10:30 and it was bustling. I am giving it a three-star rating because despite the crowd, the food was good and served hot. However, I was slightly disappointed that even though we placed our order 12 hours in advance and arrived 15 minutes before the pickup time, our food was delivered 30-45 minutes late (even though 45 minutes was the expected wait time for our order).
I have never had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A, or any other Chick-fil-A for that matter. The only issue I've encountered at this particular location was when they forgot to include my pack of cookie crumbles in my parfait once. However, the food is consistently fresh, the service is always excellent and fast, and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of food you receive. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I love Chick-fil-A. All of the food and employees are excellent. I can't give a 5 star review though. I love that they have the kids outside taking your orders, but it makes 0 sense to have the menu board at the end of the line and they are taking your order 5 to 6 cars away from the menu. I always order the same thing because I'm not able to look at the menu to see what else they have.
Great experience in every way imaginable. Brought my 8 year old granddaughter here for lunch. The staff was friendly and it appeared they actually enjoyed working here!! When they brought our food to the table, it was accompanied with a container of maraschino cherries for my granddaughter, and we didn't even ask for them! Food was hot and fresh. Great job, folks!!
The line stretched an entire block and resembled that of a bank with a double line. There were at least 4 people taking orders, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was quite impressive! We dined inside and, as expected, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the lemonade. However, I almost missed it because the parking lot was marked with a "do not enter" sign from the main road. It was frustrating when my GPS directed me that way. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
brand new Chick-fil-A with a usual long line from the drive through cars. but their service was fast and I didn't spend much time waiting. the frosted lemonade was very good and I will do it again. hühnerburger are better than a few other places.
