The setup and customer service are amazing. Best for quick friendly service available across all fast food chains. More locations are need in New York near Westchester and Rockland Counties because it's either Manhattan, New Jersey or a new Rest Stop location in Yonkers that closes early. Only con with the food is that it's a little salty so customers with even pre-hypertension will have a headache and high reading after eating it, so that limits who can eat it and how often. I usually have it maybe every 2 months and I don't have blood pressure issues. The food is good, but the cashiers could be a lot better. They make a dead serious face while taking your order as if you were the worst annoyance to them. And on top of that they spell your name wrong. Mine is not even a foreign name, Gabriel; can't you spell Gabriel? G A B R I E L. Sometimes you even feel like they are doing it on purpose to you because you are older than they are.Order #4053712 by Gina.Also, the outdoor tables are sticky, and it can't be the type of wood, there is no type of wood that is sticky, certainly not for making tables; I tried at least 3 of the unoccupied ones, all sticky.Maybe Gina should be cleaning the outdoor tables.
Order breakfast combo. They was out of hash brown. The want to change me an additional fee for them not having what I oder. I was very disappointed ? but as usual.. They corrected the issue. And it did not to long. It was a young person who was the manager or supervisor. It took her a minute to understand. Services in the north is so much different than the south.Vegetarian options: Need more veggie option.
This is my first time ever eating Chick-fil-a and man it was delicious. Not only was the food good but the place was excellent. The location was clean. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was not bad as well. Plenty of parking as well. The tab was a bit pricy. Over $50 to feed three people. But besides that, the food was amazing.

I received the wrong order, and unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked, so I couldn't eat it. I ordered a 30-piece chicken meal, but they only offered me one ketchup packet. When I requested a few more, including some other sauces, they wanted to charge me extra. When I complained, the staff member returned with an attitude.
Finally stopped here for my first time. I've had my share of fast food chicken sandwiches over the years and this was one of the best. Service was excellent. The only other chicken sandwich in its range would be at Popeye's.
I dined here, but I noticed that all the outdoor tables were sticky. I'm not sure if it was due to dirt, some kind of spill, or the paint on the tables. Regardless, it was definitely not a positive experience.
Probably the only fast food place where the food looks like the pictures. You guys forgot the bacon on my last order though But I forgive you since you rarely mess up.

There food is always fresh and tasty. The service is really fast and that says a lot because they stay busy. 10/10.
