I walked into the restaurant and ordered a chicken-only meal, but my order was placed at the back of the queue. The staff prioritized a JustEat order over mine, even though the JustEat order was still being prepared. The young man serving me seemed disorganized and uninterested in his job. When I asked why he couldn't just quickly give me my order before attending to the JustEat order, he insisted that the JustEat order was a priority. Despite this, the JustEat order was still not ready when he handed me my food. He explained that he had to pack my coleslaw separately, turning a two-minute order into a ten-minute wait. I usually order from Nandos, but for some reason it was not available for delivery. I decided to try Chicken Cottage instead, as the chicken looked appealing on their website. I ordered half a chicken with corn on the cob. The delivery arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was friendly, but despite advertising contactless delivery, the driver handed me my food instead of leaving it at the door, and did not adhere to the two-meter distance. The chicken was warm, but the corn on the cob was very cold, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. My first impression of Chicken Cottage was not as good as I had hoped, as Nandos chicken has much more flavor. It's a shame!
I have noticed a big improvement in this restaurant. The chicken is delicious and the service is quick. I cannot find any faults with it. I had stopped going here for many years, but it is now under better management. Keep up the good work.
The experience was really good. They have a really fast delivery service. Also the food is value for money since they are giving a large portion. Less waiting time. Delicious food. The meal deal is really a good option to a quick lunch.

excellent food quality with reasonable trips (if not on budget,) very good service a good behavioral staff. when they first visit cambridge, this place should be a must-GOTO on their list.
After having closed down for a while in August the food has certainly improved and my meal was very nice. Cleaner and the sauce bottles filled up unlike before.
Love this branch far more than the London ones very friendly quick service and the chicken is always freshly made.
