Apparently, a 4pc tender flour was ordered and 2 nuggets were designated as tenders. After eating a tender I made a picture of the 3 offers I had left. We ordered a 4pc sharp delicate meal that 't have Gravy served with it so they asked for BBQ sauce and had to pay for bbq sauce! The potatoes with both meals were not hot, I would say lukewarm. At 7:30 last night I got a 16 piece mixed chicken with an extra-mashed potato that I got home, they had what looked like they had a little bit of our potatoes. And my okra was really cold and damp, so we had to warm it up in the microwave, the chicken was so salty, I was very upset I will never go again for now? this review is more about the service than the food. A young man named Kaelob took orders and brought them to vehicles while he waits in the line. Now I know this isn't unheard, but you could say he's really proud of his job. I saw how he was sent back twice by a customer who said she forgot to ask for honey, then she remembered she needed ketchup. He did not hesitate to run again to get these things. As far as food is concerned, I had a really complicated order that they missed nothing! The food was hot fresh.
Wait 20 minutes to get three pieces of chicken. Looks like they cook in food or chicken when I have ordered it, even the customer service is very bad. Not even thanks for buying the meal. Not even welcome.
