Beyond ridiculous customer service. Waited 15 min in line and then argued with the manager over the difference of prices listed outside on their menu vs what they punched in my receipt. The manager was rude and patronizing. After payment was resolved, hetold me 20 min more wait for my order. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. 25 min wasted with hungry kids in thecar!
I usually don't leave reviews, but I just spent $5 on a gallon of sweet tea at Chicken Express, and it tasted like old tea. It seems the machine used to make the tea isn’t being cleaned properly. As someone who only gets tea from a few places, I’ve now lost one of my go-to spots.
I ordered a 7-piece tender and a 3-piece meal. The tenders were small, overcooked, and too hot to eat. My 3-piece mixed meal only included a leg and a wing. The price was completely unreasonable for what we got. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
