Food was reallt good quality. The rice was phenomenal. I didn't think it was possible to enjoy rice as much as i did in this meal. The chicken was really good and flabourful. The lamb was a little tough but still edible. Overall, very good meal and the food was piping hot which was fantastic and very rare with just eat restaurants. Very much a pleasant and enjoyable meal. I would order again. Negatives: the pricing was a bit high but given that the food was piping hot and genuinely of eat in restaurant standard I'm okay with it. They charged for delivery but given that the earliest slot was for an hour and 30 mins I don't think it's right to charge for delivery. Either remove the delivery ch...
food arrived 45min later than the estimated time. 45min late! spoke to the restaurant twice who said “it would be there soon”. it wasn’t soon: a full 2 hrs and 15 min after ordering. the food was barely even warm. so I called the restaurant for a full refund. extremely disappointed considering I was hoping to have dinner at 8:45pm and now it will likely be 11pm.

Awful! The delivery driver didn 't follow basic instructions so I had to go out to him. The food was cold. The naan was thick and soggy, not like Persian bread is meant to be. The meat was undercooked. The wrap sandwiches were sent without salad or sauce, when we called to ask what happened, the excuse was they 'ran out of salad '. What an awful experience.
food was tasty. delivery time was due to be 1 1/2 hours which I knew. it was then put back by 10 minutes and still arrived an hour late without even an apology. ordered food at 8 and received it at 10.40 which in my opinion is not acceptable. if you are going to eat here go for collection!
Great customer service polite staff. Delivered before time and food was hot and fresh. I would like to add it would have been nicer to get the butter and soumak with the meal as I have had from other Persian food establishments. Would defo use again

Additional time added to delivery time, bit annoying, will put me off if this happens again. Food quality was good and enjoyed the meal, portions good, and side dishes were very nice.
