The food from Uber Eats is not at all like the crispy baked fries I used to enjoy. These are just thin, cheap frozen fries that are overcooked—hard and crunchy instead of crispy. I'm really disappointed. While the chicken nuggets tend to be a bit dry, the fries usually save the meal, but not this time. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Half of the mozzarella sticks didn’t even have any cheese in them. It seems like there's a trend of serving overcooked food.
ordered off Uber eats and the fries are totally different than the crispy breaded fries from before. These are cheap frozen thin fries and that are so over cooked they’re crunchy and rock hard. More like chicken no! Spent $17 on a Heaven sub combo, and they forgot the side smh this was supposed to be chicken cutlet, bacon, mozzarella sticks and fries in it, the bread was stale I'm pretty sure you can see the picture there was barely any of that I threw it out waste of money for $17 I could of made a better sub then this and charge cheaper. Needless to say I kno I won't get my refund back, cause I will never go there again
We decided to give lunch another shot today. The only dish our group really enjoyed was the sophomore wrap. Unfortunately, the rest of our meals fell short. My fries were soggy and seemed like they had been sitting out for a day. The chicken was quite tough as well. On a positive note, the sauces were good. I don't want to say I don't get my refund back, because I'll never go there again.
This place used to be amazing when I went to college in the area 10-7 years ago. Unfortunately they have gone off the rails. The fries were completely different (soggy, not crunchy), and the wrap didn't have dressing in it when it should have, so it was super dry. Additionally, a co-worker tried to order catering from them for a work event and they never got back. Very disappointing!

I ordered three different orders. One order was 2 pieces of chicken that comes with coleslaw but coleslaw was not in my bag my choice I chose the fried potato, fried potato was horrible cheap powered potato from the box. Called them, was told to come back to get the coleslaw or put my name on a list. Really? the chicken was not too bad, but salty.
