I must say I was disappointed. Don?t want slam but I showed this salad on 4/26 and the date on the bottom of the package 4/23. You don't know, but if the milk carton date has happened, I'm very careful before I drink it. Chicken Salad Chick should be more aware of the dated food. By the way, would I expect a salad compound that freshens salads daily? Just because this is her? Bread and butter?. Hopefully this store can learn from this review. I'll try again, but I'll check my food. Oh, and as a delivered lunch in a group it would be helpful if each product is marked. A chicken salad looks like another one.
It has taken me awhile to come here. I've now been here twice in a week. Counter personnel are always welcoming, and helpful. They offer samples of chicken salad so you can decide which you want with your meal. In addition to the chicken salad, their potato soup is tasty with chunks of potato. I also tried the grape salad which was good but very sweet. Try the pick two or three. It gives good variety. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Busy but the line moves quickly.
I was a little skeptical going in, because I thought it would be one of those #cheugy, froo-froo, gluten, non-GMO, vegan nonsense kind of places. But this place is actually amazing. I took a chance on the Old Olive Chicken Salad (egg with a sweet pickle). It blows Panera's dish out of the water. The little extra cookie with your meal is a cherry on top. Yeah its $30 for 2 people, but the food quality is there. Looking forward to my return visit.
The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu to me during my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick. I discovered later that it was only his fourth day on the job! I complimented him on his excellent performance; I would never have guessed he was new. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. The food was good; I opted for the basic chicken salad, which may not have been extravagant, but it tasted fresh.

I really loved the chicken salad scoops. Seasoned well and the recipe has been perfected. It's cold, but served fresh.The sides, could use some help with flavor and seasoning. I had the chicken dumpling soup. It was okay. I definitely plan on coming back and buying more chicken salad scoops. TLDR: mainly American themed restaurants. AKA white people food. But even if you're not white, you may like it like I did!
This was my first time visiting the restaurant. The woman at the counter seemed a bit upset. I tried a variety of items, but the pasta salad was heavy and lacking flavor. The broccoli salad, on the other hand, was quite good. Some of the other dishes were decent, but the sandwich was a letdown—it was dry and tasteless, almost like it contained processed egg. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
WOW!!!! It was so good that I neglected to take photos. I also had my daughter and granddaughter with me, who is pleasantly distracting. All enjoyed their meals. They give samples of the chicken salad that really helped in our decisions. I recommend their strawberry limonade mixed with tea and SAMPLE!
A great place for lunch that really hits the spot! They have a lot of different choices for the chicken salad, I just got the classic one and it was delicious. I got takeout and it was a good portion for a reasonable price. They were really fast too despite being packed when I went to pickup.

All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our chicken salads. I'm impressed by the wide range of delicious options they offer. The atmosphere was clean and tranquil. We definitely intend to return!
Several different varieties of chicken salad. The pasta side is good. My only complaint is the 'spicy ' variety has minimal heat.
