The food here is good, the chicken is delicious, but they really scalp you with some of the sides. Pictured is what $15 worth of chips gets you. It's literally not much more than a large fries from maccas but more than 3x the price. Next time if I get take away from here I'll just be ordering the chicken, and walk down stairs to Bosphorus to buy the chips. Staff are friendly and the drinks are pretty well priced. This would probably be a 4-5 star review if not for being so stingy with your chips Chicken V!
We ordered takeaway, which included just fried chicken and a kimchi pancake, and were informed it would take about 10-15 minutes. However, we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes for our food after following up twice. Despite sitting at a table for three times longer than expected, we weren't offered any water or appetizers. The service was remarkably slow, and the kitchen staff appeared to be unhurried, even with many customers in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't justify the long wait.
Ordered mala (numbing chilli) and soy flavoured fried chickens so so good! I’ve never seen mala on the menu anywhere else and so I was super excited. Exceeded my expectations! Very good. I'll definitely be back soon. The best flavours are soy chicken and creamy onion chicken. The batter is so crispy and the chicken is seasoned well. Chicken V is located on the first floor of the shopping centre. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40
I ordered through DoorDash and Fantuan and waited for an hour, only to have my order canceled with a message stating, "The restaurant is closed!" If the restaurant is closed, they should not accept orders and should be removed from these platforms. This has happened to me twice now!
