This Chick-fil-A location seems to have consistent issues for me. I placed a mobile order totaling $90, which included a lot of food. For some reason, it always feels like this store needs to cram everything into a single bag. Not even a decent plastic bag, just a flimsy paper one that's overflowing. Is there a shortage of bags? When I mentioned this to the young woman at the drive-thru, she just stared blankly and replied, "Okay." Whatever. They also forgot to give me straws and shorted me a 12-count of nuggets. I was quite disappointed with the service I received at the Chick-fil-A on Merritt Island. Despite asking several employees, they wouldn’t let me order my drink without ice, which is necessary for my health. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. Additionally, they didn’t provide a drink carrier and carelessly handed me my three drinks through the drive-thru window. They also didn’t ask if I needed any sauces, so it was only after I drove away that I realized they hadn’t included any. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I feel that this location does not genuinely value its customers. They appear to prioritize a good impression, but their service does not reflect that.
I have been going to Chicken fil a for years now and unfortunately a recent change regarding the inclusion or exclusion of ice in drinks is unacceptable. are forcing the consumer to pay more for ice than for drinks. I always asked to remove the ice because the machine already has the drink iced at what I believe is the ideal temperature and now you no longer have the option to remove the ice from your drink. however, no one is obliged to pay for ice and not for a drink, if I want ice, I better buy a bag of ice instead of just 1 glass of ice. I would like you to review this because it is absurd for the customer to be forced to pay for something he does not want in his order.
The restaurant is clean and modern, as expected. The food is good, but could be better in general if they used less salt in many of their products. Even the market salad has too much sodium. Salad! Imagine that, but it's there in the nutrition facts. My family enjoys the food, comfortable environment and the kids like the air conditioned play space. Despite the nutrition concerns, it's a pretty good place all around.Parking: Parking is more than plentiful. This restaurant is located in the vast parking lot of a dying mall. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and try to support any Christian organization. That being said, their prices have increased, the food quality has gone down, and today, of all days, I find out that you can’t order drinks with no ice anymore. I’ll have to be finding someplace else to eat from now on. Shame on you Chick-fil-A.Plus you don’t get very much for eight dollars anymore do you? I really I’m gonna be sad not to eat at Chick-fil-A anymore.
Normally love coming here whenever I'm in the area but today's experience was just not up to par. My partner asked for no ice in his drink but apparently they aren't allowed to do that anymore? The girl who took the order didn't get the meal sizes right either. The fries were fine, very fresh but the nuggets I received were pretty tough. Overall pretty disappointed in today's visit.
The food is usually so good but now when I go I order two meals because one usually the chicken is too tough to eat! I can tell the night shift doesn't keep up with cleaning the fryer oil properly you can taste and smell it. It's happened on many occasions most after 7pm. The lunch crew is on point and never disappoints it's like night and day... literally.

Just spent $30 plus here and both sandwiches looks like somebody smashed it up and missing tomatoes. This is sad because there were only 2 cars in line. Tighten
