This used to be my favorite place to go. Wow. What a difference. I don't write many reviews, bit this one is warranted. This restaurant has really gone downhill. The wait times are incredible! The employees seem like they don't care at all anymore. Whatever has happened needs to change immediately. I am not the only one who feels this way either. Very disappointing and hard to understand. In case anyone is unaware- when you order Delivery thru the app they RAISE THE PRICE OF YOUR FOOD ITEMS. Chicken sandwich goes from $4.89 to $6.35. 8 pc nuggets go from $4.95 to $6.25!!!!! Don't let them do it!! I know the employees don't set the prices so my goal is for corporate to see this. It's unacceptable and shiesty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Just like almost every Chick-fil-A I’ve visited, this location offers fantastic service and delicious food! However, I want to update my review: on October 6, 2023, at 3:30 PM, I received a serving of very stale waffle fries. Overall, the service for my takeout dinner was still good, and the price per person was around $1–10.
Fries weren't crispy. These fries were used as oil drainage for other fries. Very disappointed Person making ice cream cone didn't grab a napkin for the cone after handling cash for the purchase.
