I ordered two salads and two French fries on the mobile app for dine-in pick up what a huge mistake that was I sat there for 10mins after pushing the button saying I was here. I noticed the lines for the dine-in pick was long so I waited patiently. A half hour goes by still haven?t called my name. I noticed that it said my order was ready 20 mins ago. So now I go up and ask someone at the counter if my order is ready yet. He asked for my name then goes in the back to check and then comes back up to the counter and proceeded to take other peoples orders and completely ignores me. The person taking my order claimed to be the manager and told me there was nothing she could do since it was past the cutoff time. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, showing little concern for the fact that I had been waiting since 10:20 AM. If the cutoff time is so strict, there should be a better system in place to accommodate customers who have been waiting in line while others cannot place their orders. Even McDonald's has a better system, where a team member takes orders in the parking lot while others receive their food. I had the most incredible experience at Chick-fil-A! It’s amazing how random acts of kindness can truly make a difference. The manager, Fouad, came over shortly after I placed my order and surprised me by saying that my meal was on the house. Acts like this really encourage me to return more often. Life can be filled with distractions that make you forget what truly matters. It's important to be friendly and compassionate towards others and to look out for those around you. This is by far the worst drive thru I have ever experienced. 10 minutes on the road you can get through in less than 10 minutes. Every ride thru in America can take 3 cars in less than 20 minutes. Here, without mistake, sit in the line for over 20/30 minutes. I was once an hour and 15 minutes in this line. Unfortunately, I learn the hard way. I'm here as we talk, 7:00. Four cars. Not sure what happened to this place but it doesn?t live up to the Chick Fil A reputation. It seems like no one is running things and the poor kids that work there are absolutely clueless. Nothing is every right with my order. I know staffing is tough right now for a lot of places, but they had a ton of employees running around, but no one seems to know what they are doing.
After reading all the reviews this location is just crazy I ordered online still had to wait for like 20 minutes for my order and when I get home I find out my order is wrong where is my sandwich I don?t know they gave me a wrap instead
I'm unsure what's happening with this place lately! The food service has really declined. Today, I waited nearly 20 minutes for just two items. I don't think I'll be returning, and I'm sorry to say this about Chick-fil-A.
