However, tonight was different. I ordered through the app and went to the restaurant, only to find it closed due to bad weather. I completely understand why they had to close. But since I had already placed my order and believed I had paid, I went inside to ask if I could retrieve my food or get a refund. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees just told me they were closed. I explained that I had already placed an order and was inquiring about my refund. Instead of helping, she turned and shouted, “This girl ordered on the app and wants a refund!” with a tone that was incredibly rude. Everybody loves Chick-fil-A. It's something I don't completely understand. I had a salad it was excellent but as usual I left still feeling hungry. And was shocked at the price versus the small amount of food I received. The service is the finest you canfind anywhere for a fast food restaurant. People are usually waiting in line as if they are giving away free food. It neverceases to amaze me. My daughter and grandchildren love it that's why I was there. They claim Chick-fil-A has the best ice creamanywhere. I guess the portion, the price, and the traffic jam is why I have to give you three stars. Yes I will return, mygrandchildren will see to it.
I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! Their Spicy Chicken Deluxe and lemonade are fantastic! Even though this place gets really busy, the service is always quick and efficient. Dixie C. took our order, and our food was ready just a few minutes later. The staff is so friendly, and the food is so delicious that it disappears before I even have a chance to take a picture. Their happy meals come with great quality toys for my little one. The cookies are amazing too, and they taste even better if you take them home and microwave them for 10 seconds. I will definitely be returning soon!
As always the food was delicious and the service was great. This place is always very busy but we ordered, got a table and received our food quickly. As busy as they are you would think the staff would be grumpy and complaining but I didn't seeanyone like this. They were smiling and wanting to take your order. My grandchildren loves Chick-fil-A and they were with me. Ialso would like to mention their packets of ketchup. You just peel the top off. No trying to open those little packets thatyou get at other places. Will definitely try again.
I ordered the chicken sandwich, which looked great and came with fresh lettuce—definitely better than the wilted kind you often find at many places. The fries I got were waffle fries, but they were quite limp. They weren't soggy, but they could almost be mashed with my tongue. I found the drive-thru a bit confusing; you have to go in a circle to get in line to place your order, then navigate your way back out of the circle to exit the restaurant. On a positive note, everyone was pleasant.

I ate here with my mother tonight and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. The workers were constantly cleaned and it didn't feel like a fast food restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We talked to Kelvin Brown Jr, the GM and he had a welcoming personality. We'll be back in Smithfield next time!!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and I've never been welcomed so warmly before. A staff member named Mark stood out; he was incredibly nice and attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything while we were seated. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!
We always have a wonderful experience when we visit. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. The coffee is fantastic! The space is roomy, and the playground for the kids is very clean. Plus, having Wi-Fi available for parents is a nice touch!
