Chick fil A is known for its overly kind staff although the lady who took my order seemed to be a little frustrated because I didn't hear her at first but she got it back together quick, we're all human so I get it. However I asked for no tomato and got home (25 mins away) only to find tomato, not a huge deal as I just peeled it off but I don't like them so a minor mistake.
My husband ordered a market salad for me, which is supposed to come with apple cider dressing. When the staff asked about the dressing, I don't understand why there was any confusion. I spoke with them and clarified, yet they still got it wrong. I can't eat Italian dressing, so now my lunch, which I was really looking forward to, has been ruined. Thank you for the mix-up.
We love Chick-fil-a, but for some reason everytime, we come here (Brookhaven, PA location) 2-3 items are always missing. So it is frustrating having driven all the ways home to find, we were missing items. I don’t always think to check. I am hoping for the item refund they promised, but I guess we will see.??
This Chick-fil-A location is very disappointing. It’s the dirtiest one I’ve ever encountered, and the staff frequently make mistakes with orders. The grilled chicken is so dry that it actually hurts my jaw to chew. Unfortunately, this is the first Chick-fil-A that I feel deserves a one-star review. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This location has declined significantly since it opened. The wait in the drive-thru line is absurd, and the staff seem indifferent. I'm not sure if there are any managers on duty. I recommend choosing a different Chick-fil-A.
Food and service are always amazing! The only issue was the tables were all dirty, crumbs etc. It was not busy inside which makes me think someone was just being lazy. Still the best fast food chain there is!
Haven't dined here since pre pandemic ... the water is filtered, and the service is still solid. Complimentary wifi is also solid , although I'd argue customers deserve to connect to a more secured network.
