I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, as I found hair in the food. Initially, I dismissed a previous customer's complaint about hair in their meal, thinking they might be overreacting. However, a few weeks later, my 6-year-old daughter discovered hair in her food after she had already eaten quite a bit of it. It's alarming to think she might have consumed more hair before noticing it. This situation is really unacceptable. I believe this Chick-fil-A location needs to be shut down due to health code violations and could benefit from improved hygiene training. I’ve been visiting this Chick-fil-A lately only because the one near the mall is closed for renovations, but I won't be returning to this location. I witnessed numerous health code violations that were downright alarming. The employee named Simone, who was preparing drinks, spent the entire 20 minutes I was there on her phone. After several times of handling her phone, she never changed her gloves. Instead, she picked items up off the floor and then reached into the ice bin. If you value your health, do yourself a favor and go to the location across the street. You’ll at least have peace of mind about your food safety.
I ordered food online during my lunch break since I work in the mall. I placed my order at 1:15, but I didn’t receive my food until 1:40! I ended up spending my whole lunch break just waiting. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold and carelessly thrown in the bag, causing everything to spill out when I opened it. I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this experience was terrible, and I don’t think I’ll order from this location again.
I arrived 30 minutes before closing, so I guess they thought they could cut corners. I ordered a salad, one regular sandwich, one deluxe sandwich, and two 6-piece nuggets. You can never go wrong with a large Chick-Fil-A waffle fry with a cheese sauce a frozen strawberry lemonade. Just the right amount of salt from the fries cheese sauce. Combined with the sweet, mildly tart taste of the frozen strawberry lemonade. It's the perfect snack!
The restaurant needs to implement a better system for busy times when delivery drivers come in to pick up orders. I personally find it uncomfortable to navigate through a crowd, and when the line is long, I don't want to just stand there waiting for it to thin out.
Not the biggest fan of the chicken sandwich but by no means does that not make it good I love their business model first class.
