Delicious! The food is great and yummy! Price is right. Pros: Yummy Good price Friendly service Fast Cons: Employees do not come out to the mall seating area to refill drinks. Its not necessary for them to do this since it is a mall, but I must say that I was very happily surprised by the Chickfila in the Danbury Mall in Connecticut, because they actually do wander out into the mall food court seating area and ask every CFA customer if they would like their drink refreshed and then they go the extra effort to deliver the refilled drinks! So its ok if this GSP mall CFA wont do it, but it would be a really nice touch.
I was a bit confused at first by the Deluxe upsell, especially since I’m not a fan of cheese. However, it was only an additional $0.30 for lettuce and tomatoes. They accidentally added American cheese to my order, but when I pointed it out to the girl who took my order, she quickly apologized and fixed it. On top of that, she even threw in some small grilled chicken nuggets! So delicious!
The food was good, but the restaurant was quite busy, so it took about 15 minutes to receive my order. However, the staff was attentive and kept up with outgoing orders, including noting the name and description of the person on the receipt. It’s a great concept! Thank you, and I will definitely return.

The burger was excellent and juicy; I highly recommend it. The chicken strips and fries were also quite good.
This is the best fast food spot around! I could enjoy Chick-fil-A every day, except for Sundays, of course.
