Unfortunately, this site is still the slowest, lowest quality, and most inconsistent Chick-fil-A I?ve ever experienced. It is not unusual for a single beverage order up to 20 minutes for the execution. If you appreciate your time, look for another location. I know that staff is hard these days, but if I wait for the only food and 5 people are waiting behind the counter and I see my bag of food sitting for another 5 minutes before my drink is made, then you can not be responsible staff, you responsible training and management. There are wonderful Chick-fil-A?s in the area of Birmingham, supporting those instead of this location is not representative of the brand or the standard of service tha...
I?m sure these people who work here and own this place are delightful people, but they sure don?t know how to run a fast food restaurant. My order is consistently wrong, or just made poorly. I have attached a picture of some nuggets that looked like they had been chewed up and spit out. They were unacceptably soggy. This chick-fil-a is so slow that I?d rather drive to the location in Hoover, or even go to brookwood mall, park, and go inside and order. Both options are almost guaranteed to be faster.
Do not order Doordash from here, they absolutely do not care if you get your food in a timely manner. They do not pay attention to the DD tablet and when they do it will take 30 minutes minimum for them to get around to making it. When the dasher asks about the order, the thin veneer of politeness quickly turns into hostility. Myself and many other dashers refuse to accept orders from here.
It took much longer to get my food here than normal. There were many team members available to help, but they all saw diskombobulent. The food was great. The restaurant was exceptionally clean.
