This is hands down the laziest staff I've ever encountered, with the exception of one young lady. I have a lot of love for Chick-fil-A, but this location consistently disappoints me. I really can't fathom how the franchise permits this kind of service. The manager and the staff seem more focused on their cell phones than on the customers, and the lines are extraordinarily long. To top it off, they were out of four items I tried to order. It's just unacceptable. They should seriously reconsider their business license.
This place has terrible service. In addition to missing items from my order, the staff was quite rude when I brought it to their attention. There was also a woman who kept wiping down the counters but would squeeze between customers in line without saying a word. Several women in line ended up getting their feet wet as she mopped right over them without any acknowledgment. It was really unprofessional and frustrating.
Horrible service. People handing out food are rude and don't pay you no attention once you get your bag. Had to wait forever to get any sauce for my 30 piece nugget then was told if I wanted more than 5 I'd have to buy a bottle. I'll never stop here again. Worst Chic- Fil-A ever. No wonder it has a 1.9 star rating. The owner should take note and do something about this. It is New Jersey so he probably don't care.
Worst one. Place was busy waited in line for 10 mins. That is no problem but waiting 30 mins for the food thinking man this is going to be fresh but ended up getting room temp everything and day old tasting fries.Best part of the visit in was the flat coke.I now see why this isn 't part of the chick fila app.Good luck to all whole decide to embark on this endeavor.

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. The service was extremely slow (45 mins). Not one person said “it’s my pleasure”. I asked for bacon on my sandwich, at first they said they didn’t have it. Then said they had it and they got it from the Burger King next over. (Rolling my eyes) I guess next time I’ll just go to Burger King.
I can't believe this is a Chick-fil-A; my experience was terrible. I mean, absolutely terrible. The prices were way too high for the subpar chicken, which took an additional 20 minutes to prepare compared to everyone else in line. It was a disgusting waste of $20, and I’m probably going to regret this meal tomorrow.
Honestly wishing could give it negative stars ever single person had no idea what was going on waited a half an hour to be told there out of nuggets and patties so why are you still
Worst service of any Chick-fil-A! These employees are slow, don't seem to care and half seem to be high every time we stop here. Slowest service ever!

Took almost 40 minutes to receive my order which was not at all complicated. Would much rather risked a code brown going to burger
