I stopped by the Chick-fil-A drive-thru and was warmly greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who took my order — a great start to my visit! I ordered a grilled nugget kids meal and a kale salad from the menu. However, when I reached the window and asked for honey mustard dressing, the woman handing me my order was surprisingly rude. She remarked, “Oh, you got a kids meal,” and I explained that I also ordered the side salad she was holding, then requested honey mustard again. She insisted the salad already had dressing, and I had to ask twice before she finally gave it to me. Her tone and attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially after the courteous service from the first employ...
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. My condiments were missing, and when I asked about them, the staff member snapped, "THE CONDIMENTS NEED TO BE ORDERED!" I had clearly requested Chick-fil-A sauce, as shown on my order. It shouldn’t have taken more than 10 seconds to include them. Any staff member could have easily grabbed the sauces for me, but I ended up waiting around five minutes. My order was already given to me; they just needed to add a couple of sauces. The attached picture clearly shows I ordered both Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauces. This level of service was unacceptable!
This is the only Chick-fil-A store that I’ve consistently bought a chicken biscuit from before 9 am and it’s consistently not hot (you can tell it was made at lease 20minutes ago) and I’m surprised because this location gets a lot of traffic…shame.
