Busy BUSY as expected. Over the course of the year I have rediscovered Chick fil A. My experience to date, in Louisville, KY, NC and Florida, the meals have been very satisfying. Once I discovered the menu included a better than average salad (always love their sandwiches too! , Chick fil A has been my go to fast food salad place! The servers, cashiers and other staff were promptly attending to everyone. NO slouches here! A young man, think his name was Johnathan (he was running around trying to help everyone, I just barely was able to glimpse his name tag was checking with everyone standing waiting to see what he could do to help check to see when meal would be done, correct any orders, pro...
Ordered ahead to be able to get to work on time and when I checked in my spot I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out to deliver my food. Went in to see if I could just grab it myself and I was ignored for a while until a guy finally pointed out I was standing there, I was pretty tired at that point and told the guy to get my refund but instead he just walked off and said I’ll be right back with it. Gave me my food but honestly very disappointed with the service I received today.
Placed a mobile pick up in store order, waited 10 minutes to even talk to someone. They acted confused when i told them the name for the order. I showed them a screenshot of the order as my husband placed it on his phone and I went to pick it up. I was told that it was not placed at the right location the so i went to my vehicle to put in the address on the screenshot and it was the location i was already at. I will be going out of my way not to visit this location again
I’m always amazed at how efficiently Chick-fil-A gets customers their orders even when they’re really busy. The employees are always friendly and my order is almost always correct. Food is good. The service was top notch from beginning to end. I have so many good things to say about this place ,I don't have the room. But everything that makes a good restaurant experience they have it. Hands down!
The store is well managed, so it is comfortable. The food is also delicious. On Tuesdays, from 5 to 7:30 , there is a promotion where if you order an adult menu, the kids menu is free.
I love to come here and go through the drive-thru because you never have to wait very long. They know how to handle lines at the drive-thru.
