The attitude of the young girl at the register was uncalled for, and she refused to give me two extra sauces when I asked. I would think that a chick fil a at a hospital would have nice people on the register but apparently not. I’d rather not get attitude when I’m already in the hospital so I will not be going there anymore.
You’d think that a hospital would be the perfect setting for Chik-fil-a’s signature friendly service. But the majority of the staff are rude, unfriendly or incompetent. Simple orders like “half sweet, half unsweet tea” confound the cashiers. No refills and they’re usually out of something.
Thank you JJ for your bright personality and putting a smile on my face after a very long shift. Something so simple like a pleasant exchange can go far in our hospital!
