What on earth is going on at this location? Their customer service has gone way downhill. One of their employees is not only unfriendly, he is downright rude and disrespectful. I have never dealt with this before at any Chick-fil-a location before. It’s sad how quickly this location is changing for the worse. I hope they can get their employee hiring under control quickly and start to recover. Warm bodies are not the answer to staffing shortages. I was in the drive thru to pick up my small mobile order and he told me to move one lane over. Order three meals through the mobile app. One of the meals was a spicy chicken sandwich just to get home and the sandwich is missing. Of course chick fil a wants to charge restaurant prices but only refund the chick sandwich and not the entire meal. Such a joke. So now pay $11 for a meal that is fast food and incorrect just to have to check before you leave. Mangers on duty was Arthur which would not speak to me and was not helpful.
They Left out my salad accoutrements and forgot all of my sauces and we waiting in a line that didn’t move a car for way too long. Around 4:30pm EDIT: I went back for lunch today and they forgot my salad dressing and they never responded to my original email
I just went through the drive thru and Miriam was talking to me and she was the nicest most pleasant girl I’ve ever met! She was so personable and people like her are the reason I love going to CFA. Obviously the food but specifically the service is amazing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I usually do not complain about chick filet but today I will. Service was very nice. Food had two meals and the fries were non existent, just over half full and scraps of fries absolutely terrible.
I dont know how this location has such high ratings. Every single time I order something is missing or wrong. I ordered uber and legit no dressing for my salad. Seriously???
