I’d recommend trying out other restaurants in town if you’re new or passing through Cartersville. My family has gone to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times and we always end up so disappointed . We have a large family so we try to mobile order or do drive thru to avoid the extra hassle. However, this team’s lack of accuracy is off the charts bad. Tonight we ordered extra honey roasted barbecue and received two honey roasted and eleven honey… ELEVEN honey. At almost 9 at night. Wow. We also were missing one drink, all our silverware, and the salad condiments. If this was a one-time offense we might just laugh it off. But this happens EVERY drive thru visit and EVERY mobile order. Their wait times...
Stopped here while passing through on our way home. Food and service were both outstanding. Very clean everywhere. We had two new puppies with us and sat in the outside area. Typically in a setting like this you would have to worry about food on the ground. Not here. All clean.
Closing at 9pm is too early. We don’t live in the 90s anymore. I mean it’s Cartersville for crying out loud. Not like it’s adairsville and they just don’t have the business. Ridiculous.

The first chick-fil-A that i found their chicken not salty, most are just loaded with salt, wish they push back on it, that's the reason I gave them a 5 star!
Today I ordered a chef salad with dressing. I received no dressing and no fork. Quality of salad greens is the freshest. So disappointed!
First time there . . Wow !!! Best fast food place I 've ever gone to . And I will definitely be going back ! A good value !
