Chick-fil-A consistently provides fresh, hot food and features the most efficient drive-thru system I've encountered across seven states, coupled with exceptionally friendly service. The location in Jonesboro, AR, recently underwent a significant renovation to expand the drive-thru, but it can still be somewhat confusing at times. Additionally, the kitchen sometimes struggles to keep up with the high volume of orders. This restaurant is so busy that I doubt even a four-lane drive-thru and a double kitchen would be sufficient to handle the traffic. Jonesboro could definitely benefit from a second location.

The service here is always fast and exceptionally friendly. On one occasion, I placed a curbside order that took a bit longer than usual—about 15 minutes—so it wasn't excessive. To make up for the wait, they surprised me by giving me a complimentary chicken sandwich card along with my food. They truly go above and beyond!

The food was delightful, but the service was quite slow. When I got home, I discovered that one of the dishes I ordered was missing, and I didn’t notice it until then. Consequently, my child had to go without a meal, and I had to prepare something for him once we got home.

I've always loved chick-fil-a. The best place I could go to get my favorite chicken is right here. They always have little celebrations and secret things to get something free. I love them 5 star from me.
Fast and efficient service. Excellent staff. The location on the ASU main campus tends to get very busy, but they manage to keep everything running smoothly.

The food was fantastic, and the menu offered a great selection. I loved the adorable mouthwash cups in the bathroom. The place was very clean!
