Picked up an online order before the store. Literally fast, easy on my way with my order arrive in less than 10 minutes in the restaurant (what a BIG help for when the trip thru line is longer than normal.. I.e. weekends or bz summer nights, as this location is right next to Sesame Place). Never had a bad experience at this point had only 1 Mishap (a year ago) that was quickly fixed for me plus I received voucher for free Brownie/Cookie (wasn?t expected, but definitely estimated). Staff are very nice, professionals have never seen anyone working there in a bad mood or rude for customers. By far my favorite place!
This very well may be the most profitable chick fil a in the country. As a result, the drive through line is beyond long even during non peak hours. Recently stopped by on a Thursday at 8:20PM and did not get my food till 9PM. Can?t imagine the line during traditional dinner hours. Was also disappointed that they discontinued the spicy chicken strips. That said, the food was very good and the employees courteous.
I always had a great experience until last Thursday. I order in front of the parking lot. I was on the street for a business trip in Delaware. I was very disappointed that the fries were cold and dry. I'm not sure they gave me an order that was canceled and sat. I was very upset, I had no time to return a formal complaint. Go through. They were very busy. You had a person who was outside the order that you had direct contact with the person. No confusion about the order. The next person outside took the payment. They were the kindest people. Picking up the order was really nice because there was an employee who gave us everything. That was my first time.
