My family and I dined out in the patio and had an amazing experience. Our server Sarah was amazing and took such good care of us. The drinks and food were all delicious and definitely satisfying. The manager Mari was so kind and was going around checkingon every table. She seemed to be a manager that actually works and helps out her employees. she sets a great example for them. Iwas very impressed at the level of customer service this location had. I will definitely be coming back again.
I might have rated this place only two stars a year ago, but I really enjoy the brand, so I’m not sure what happened. Recently, I placed a to-go order, and my experience was fantastic. What really made it memorable was that Maddie, the staff member, added smiley faces to my order using colorful highlighters. She even included a personal note that truly brightened my day after a long shift at work. Thank you so much, Maddie! Your effort was greatly appreciated.
The food here is consistently delicious and looks just like the pictures! The staff is very friendly and professional. While there is no WiFi and mobile reception is weak, parking is easy and free. The restrooms are clean, and there are many TV screens in the lounge area. There's a great variety of options that cater to all ages.
My family took me here for my birthday, but we were initially overlooked when we entered. We didn't realize we needed to head to a different part of the restaurant to get seated. This is a fantastic spot! It was a little crowded initially, but the bartender was incredibly quick and attentive. After all, it was St. Patrick's Day, and I had a wonderful lunch.
Although I've never dined in the restaurant, I often order their salads for takeout. They are consistently delicious and always prepared on time.
