I had a wonderful lunch at this newly opened Chili's with a friend. We asked for a window seat, and our waitress, who also bartended, was friendly and attentive. However, sitting by the window caused a slight delay in ordering drinks since she had to finish serving bar customers first.
For my meal, I chose the Southwestern Eggrolls, a longtime favorite that didn't disappoint—just as delicious as ever! I also tried the Brisket Quesadilla for the first time and really liked it, though it does contain jalapeños, so be sure to inform your server if you prefer to avoid them. The fries were flavorful, but I would have liked them a bit crispier; the seasoning, however, was spot on.

We recently visited Chili's on Veterans Day and enjoyed their excellent burgers and fries. I asked for extra crispy fries, and they were cooked perfectly. Despite being busy, the staff were friendly and pleasant. The burgers were very flavorful. The only small drawback was the music, which was too loud and made it hard to have a conversation during our meal. Overall, Chili's menu offers great options that we thoroughly enjoyed.
This has to be one of the worst chain restaurants I've ever been to. I live just two blocks away, and when I got the food home, everything was cold. The portions were ridiculous—there were more beans than rice, and only four small pieces of steak. Some items were leaking, and the fried mozzarella wasn’t even cooked properly. I ended up wasting $60. I definitely won't be returning here again... it's disgraceful.
I gave this restaurant 3 stars because it was surprisingly empty, yet we still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited nearly an hour for our food. Although having extra time can be nice, the long wait felt a bit uncomfortable since you usually expect faster service at a restaurant. In total, we spent around 3 hours there.
