The chicken wings were tough and hard to chew, and the curly fries were lacking in flavor. However, the ribs were quite good. I was curious why we only received four ribs in a half rack, especially since most places offer 13 ribs in a full rack—except for Chili's, where they claim eight bones make a full rack. I wondered what happened to the other five ribs. When I asked the waitress about the number of ribs in a full rack, she didn't know, so I showed her on my phone what a standard rack looks like. She had no response and offered to ask the manager, but I told her it wasn't necessary.
Chili's is known for offering plenty of tasty food at reasonable prices. However, during my recent visit, the restaurant was incredibly busy, and it seemed like they were short-staffed. My wife and I went there around 6:00 PM on a Thursday and ended up waiting about 35 minutes for our meals. Unfortunately, my wife's steak was cooked too well. On a positive note, the waiting staff and management were commendable; our server, Josh, kept us informed about our order, and the manager was proactive in addressing the issue as soon as we brought it to their attention.
Every time I visit Chili's, I find it difficult to choose what to order because there’s such a wide variety of delicious food. My visits usually last around two and a half hours, especially with the large groups enjoying the sports games on TV. The staff is fantastic—great at communication, very attentive, and often quite humorous. If I had to say one thing, it’s that this is definitely my favorite dining spot. The food is excellent, and I would happily give it a five-star rating and recommend it to all my friends.

The food here is fantastic! It's definitely one of my favorites! I particularly enjoy the hilltop location. They offer excellent drinks and unique drink specialties. The shrimp tacos are definitely my top choice. Just a heads up, you might have to wait about 30 minutes for a call, especially when dining with larger groups. Be sure to try the southwest egg rolls and margaritas; you're guaranteed to have a great time!
During my visit, it took at least five minutes for anyone to greet us. I got the impression that my local Chili's wasn't what it used to be. The atmosphere felt cold and lacking in charm. Additionally, the restrooms weren't well-maintained. I plan to head to Oldsmar instead; it’s a bit of a drive, but I believe it's worth it.
