Service was surreal not going to lie. Don't recommend going if you're in a hurry or if you want Service that the server will actually be accommodating and not just there for a paycheck. It was fine and just fine no thrills or surprises just get the food you need. Also it's not a seat yourself location so don't be the 2 parties that came in after us that sat themselves causing our sever to get visibly peeved that they sat themselves while they were tending our table. It's hard to write a serious review because it's just a chilis it's the closest thing to a fast food restaurant with out it actually being fast food
After a rough first experience at this point we decided to give him another attempt only on Tuesday night. It wasn't busy there, but we had to wait over 35 minutes to sit. The host had mentioned that the kitchen was secured, which is why they were not sitting, which I understand to an extent, but on Tuesday night the kitchen should not crash so. Once we got to the table, our server Alin was great, but the food took another 30 minutes to get out. Overall, it was not a great experience and we will not return to this place.
Every time I visit Chili's, I'm overwhelmed by the variety of delicious food on the menu, making it difficult to choose what to order. I often find myself staying for two to two and a half hours, enjoying the great company and watching sports on TV. The staff is outstanding; they're not only communicative but also very friendly and often quite humorous. I can confidently say that Chili's is my favorite place to dine out. The food is exceptional, and I would rate it five stars. I always recommend it to my friends!
A chicken wings hard to chew. Curly fries not very tasty. The ribs were good. I asked why do we only got four in a half a rock. There is 13 rips in a full Rock most places except Chili's. They say eight bones is a full Rock. What do they do with the other five ribs. I spoke to the waitress about how many ribs are in a full rack she didn't even know I showed her on the internet what a standard rack of ribs look like. She had no comment and wanted to ask the manager I told her it wasn't important.

I give this restaurant 5 stars, all thanks to our incredible waitress, Nicole! Although the food came out incorrectly—not her fault, but rather that of the cooks—she immediately took action to resolve the issue. Despite her section getting busier and busier, she consistently checked on us and refilled our drinks without us even having to ask. Nicole truly demonstrates outstanding customer service, even under pressure. Huge applause to her for being exceptional tonight!
This is a nice chilis location. The restaurant, when I arrived was not super crowded and was clean, and well staffed. The service was quick and attentive. I sat at the bar, where the bartender was attentive and quick to help all of her patrons. The food quality was great at this location, and came out hot and tasted good. Will most likely be back to this location again.
Chili's is a love or hate kind of thing for most. For me it's a love thing. The 2 for $25 is amazing for the amount of food you get. The food tastes great and this location is usually on top of things. Service was a little slow on this visit but the server was super nice and communicative. They were busy and slightly understaffed but everything was still great.
Went on a wed night, Seated immediately. Our server was great. Food good. Spacing of people to tables was good distance. People all wore masks until they were seated. Waiter and staff wore masks at all times.
