I haven't visited this restaurant since it opened, and I must say, they were truly on their A-game. The bartender, who also served us, was fantastic. Our food came out hot and delicious. I noticed a lot of teamwork among the staff that day. The "expo" was quick with our orders and had a great personality. Both he and our server were excellent. The food was outstanding, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years, I can confidently say this team operated like a well-oiled machine. Kudos to everyone who worked on Saturday afternoon!
Father's Day lunch turned out to be a disappointment. The service was terrible. We should have left after waiting 10 minutes for a waitress to attend to us. When our food finally arrived, it was incorrect, but since we were in a hurry, we didn’t have time to wait for a new meal to be prepared. The waitress even argued with us at first, but then she checked our order and realized her mistake. There was no apology offered, nor did we receive any discount for the poorly cooked, burnt chicken fingers.
We opted to stop by for a quick meal at 10 PM, knowing it was just an hour until closing, so we planned to be brief. Unfortunately, our server barely interacted with us, and it felt like the entire staff was unhappy about our presence. I can understand they might have been frustrated, but it would have been better if they could have hidden it a little more. We ended up leaving before 11 PM, which was quite disappointing for a family that usually loves chili.
I hadn't visited Chili's in quite some time, but I was pleasantly surprised by their fantastic lunch specials starting at $10.99. I ordered the burger, which was delicious and larger than I anticipated for a lunch menu item. I genuinely have nothing negative to report. Hats off to the chef who was working on Wednesday night, October 18, 2023, around 7 PM! The food was incredibly hot and fresh! The drinks were delightful, and the waitress was fantastic! I was in pure bliss. This Chili's is undoubtedly the best I've ever been to. I can’t wait to go back again and again!
Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces available for that time of evening. Kid-friendliness: I noticed many families enjoying their meals, including some with three generations dining together. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there’s convenient parking and a ramp at the front.
My experience, from placing the order to the presentation and taste of the food, was outstanding! The salmon, rice, and vegetables were fantastic! Additionally, the Mexican Street Corn (Elote) was delicious! The customer service was completely professional as well!

We love going to Chili's Grill & Bar with the family. The wait can be a bit long, but the food definitely makes it worthwhile. The service is excellent, and we make it a point to visit Chili's every week.
