On October 18, 2022, my experience at the restaurant started off a bit oddly. The host walked us around in a big loop past several empty and clean tables before seating us at the very first one we had passed, which felt somewhat strange. Our waitress took our order promptly and brought out our drinks and two appetizers. However, for some reason, a different waitress delivered our main meal, and it turned out that the fries were incorrect. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of butter on the buns of our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. The original waitress did resolve the issue with the fries by bringing us the correct ones, but unfortunately, they were overcooked and not very fresh....
We arrived and stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Finally, someone came over and informed us that there would be at least a 20-minute wait, despite the restaurant being nearly empty—certainly not more than 20% full. My wife inquired about the delay, and the response was the same. I couldn't let "Speedy" finish his explanation and told my wife we should find a place that would actually appreciate its customers. We ended up at Phil's Marina Café instead, and it was fantastic! Thanks to Speedy for directing us away from Chili's. My family and I dined at this restaurant, and it was a pleasant experience. Our waiter, Cody or Corey, truly impressed us. My 2-year-old didn't finish her meal, so we decided to take it to go. However, as we were heading to our car, she tripped and spilled her food all over the parking lot. Since she's always hungry before bed and we had already paid for her meal, I went back inside to see if they could remake it for her. To my delight, he agreed without hesitation! They kindly prepared a fresh meal for my little one at no extra charge. He was incredibly nice and attentive throughout our meal, and it's dedicated waiters like him that make customers want to return.
The atmosphere here is always fantastic! Bo and the other servers are wonderful; they refill drinks before you even finish them, address issues (like the sun in my eyes) before you have a chance to voice any complaints, and enjoy interacting with customers at the table. Someone tell me how they stay in existence? But, let's get to facts. Not opinion. Steak cooked well. New Steak barely cooked. It was seared on each side. No seasoning. Served with cold butter slab on top. The fries were good. The broccoli was good. Serverwas nice. Now for my opinion.......see my first sentence ????????????
I believe the waitress who served us is a chef in her spare time. She mentioned that she personally arranged my plate, and it was the most beautifully presented dish I've ever seen.
The two of us went and our a server was great. Although we ordered chips and salsa as an app... thinking it was was bottomless. Apparently not, we were charged for a second basket.
Haven't been here since before Covid, but I was very pleased. Super clean, food was excellent, and I really enjoyed the trip. Will return in the near future. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a fairly decent chain restaurant, definitely surpassing the average experience.
