We visited the restaurant on President's Day, a Monday, around 4 PM and were greeted warmly by a very cheerful server. Since she was the only one actively working at the time, I asked her to be our server, and she turned out to be one of the best I've encountered in quite a while. While good food is certainly important to me when dining out, excellent service is even more crucial. Our server, whose name I believe started with a "T," like Tammy or Tina, was fantastic with our two energetic children and attended to all our needs. We were quickly seated at our favorite restaurant and greeted by our wonderful waitress, Tiffany. Not only is she efficient, but she's also incredibly kind, always going the extra mile, even when we needed to send our food back. She serves with a smile and truly cares for her tables. My friends and I love this restaurant, especially because of Tiffany. She provides the best service we’ve encountered in a long time. The food came out quickly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I experienced a long wait at the restaurant, but the food was good. When I went to pay with my card, the waitress charged me the wrong amount. I was told that the manager was unavailable to resolve the issue. I returned the next day, and the manager informed me that she was too busy and asked for my phone number, but I never received a call back. Since I live quite far from the place, I ended up losing money on this visit. I won’t be returning, and I’ve decided to pay in cash at any Chili's from now on because I don’t trust them with card payments.
The service was friendly, and the food was enjoyable, with options for everyone. I particularly loved my BBQ brisket burger. My brother devoured his meal and ended up stealing bites from all our plates because he wanted to taste everything. The only thing he didn't like was the sauce used in the brisket quesadilla. The prices were somewhat steep; our dinner for five adults came to about $94. Other than that, I have no complaints.
First, there was a lack of cleanliness. When we sat down, there was leftover food from previous diners on the chairs at our table. Additionally, the service was dishonest and unhelpful. We were eager to enjoy our meal, but it fell short of our expectations.
The food was decent. I ordered the "3 for Me" from the menu and found the wait to be quite long. I chose the chicken fajitas, but the portion of rice was small and burnt on the bottom. I think I'll try something different next time.

I returned to the restaurant! On Friday night, before catching a movie, my family and I decided to have dinner at Chili's. We were pressed for time since our movie started at 6:20, and we arrived at 5:00.
It's pretty good. They serve the best guacamole I've ever had—it's incredibly fresh!
