At this Chili’s location , there is a vibrant mix of a large sports bar area on one side and a traditional dining space on the other. The TVs in the bar side broadcast sports, creating lively energy, while the restaurant side offers a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Our server was attentive and friendly, verified our order and brought our food out hot and fresh. It has been 4 years since we have been to Chili's, due to poor service and food. We were so happy we decided to try this location...We had the best Service and the food was fabulous. We were greeted and seated immediately, but was just the beginning of a great dining experience. Our server Stephanie was the best we have had anywhere, attentive and great personality. The food was what we had been accustomed to for Chili's it was great! The Manager who I wish I had her name was excellent, she has pulled together a great crew. The food was fair. The steak way over cooked. The nacho chips was a basket of crumbled chips. The service was horrendous. We waited for refills and the manager came by and asked. We told him that we have been waiting. He said let me take of that. He forgot us too! The restaurant was dirty. The bass on the music was so loud that I turned off my hearing aids and it was still too loud! It was a terrible Chili's experience. Probably worst ever. Came in and the host got us waters, after that our server Denise I think her name was did not come back to our table for 20 minutes. She kept telling us to hold on. We decided to finally move to bar where Asia took great care of us. Took a lil while for our appetizer to get out but when we got it it was awesome. I had ordered a steak medium rare but came out a lil more rare but hey it happens sometimes. All in all when we had Asia as our server the service was great. Might show back up just for her if anything

Hey y 'all, I have been at this Chili 's many, many times before, but this was one of my best experiences by far. The food was excellent, but our server, CJ, was the bomb.com. (Do people still say that?! He was excellent and made our dining experience fun and memorable. He displayed what we call service with a smile. Chili 's, keep up the great work and please run him some extra coins. He deserves it!
Women's restroom smelled so bad I almost vomited. Another customer and I were almost running over each other to get out. I can't forget about the tissue all over the floor. I said something to a staff member in the corner doing nothing and he wasn't concerned at all. I told my husband canceled our order and we left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Will NEVER order here again.. the food was extremely undercooked.. My cheese sticks were still frozen in the middle.. I called to speak to the manager and she was rude..
