This Chili?s has seen some ups and downs since it started. Service is at times amazing and other times not so great. Depends on who you get as a waiter/waitress. The meals are typically fairly priced and there is a lot of good options. Seems to haveundergone some recent renovations which I enjoy. Doesn?t feel as cramped in the restaurant as it used to. I like the fajitameal and some of the lighter choices such as the Margarita Grilled Chicken. Appetizers are pretty solid and chips/salsa are verygood! The drink options are great too. The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is terrible. I was craving chili and decided to visit after not going for some time. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the waitress took our drink orders fairly quickly, but that was the extent of the good service. It took a long time to receive our food after ordering, although it tasted great. Unfortunately, I opted for the unlimited soup and salad, and no one came back to check on us for a long time. Waiting for a waitress, drinks and our food was minimal. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. She asked several times if we were okay, needed refreshed drinks, like food. I had the original chicken brothers, food was served hot and fresh. I definitely recommend coming to lunch as the staff seems to be. Update: We still had a good experience at Chili's! It seems this place was quiet when he used to be super busy. It's time to find your way back, boys! These burgers were wonderful. Not only frozen beef, but actual juicy burgers. The cheese curds were little sloppy nuggets of goodness. The Pommes were right. And best was the staff friendly and attentive.
My daughter called in an order for an $18 combo that she had to pick 2 meats. The menu stated that ALL combos came with several other items. She was on a job site in another town, so I delivered it to her. She immediately called in because the only things she got was the meat. The girl said that my daughter didn't ask for the rest of the food. I went in later and had to argue with a manager that didn't want to even give a partial refund. Stopped for a bite to eat with my sons, while my dad was in the hospital. There was chips all over the floor under the table we were sat at, and my menu was sticky with some sort of substance. We sat for 20+ minutes, with all kinds of employees walking but, without anyone even asking us what we'd like to drink. We said **** on it and went to Applebee's. I'll never go back, and will find as many places as I can to leave a positive review, such as this.
We were going to gather here with quite a large group of friends today (11-14-21) but in turn decided to just walk out due to the rude attitude we were met with at the door. None the less we couldn’t even finish our sentence before we were interrupted by the extremely rude waitress. Hope management can make a breakthrough with the education of customer service before we even consider coming back to this establishment.
I had dinner at chili's in Scottsbluff last night. The service was excellent and the food was quite good. However, I was disappointed to see that nobody checked my vaccination record for in dining and not a single employee that I could observe at the restaurant was wearing a mask.Given the current surge in COVID cases, I found this quite disturbing.
