Food was absolutely terrible. Chicken wings were cold and seemed like they took them out of the freezer and put them in a microwave and cook them. This was because the bones were cold, but the meat was hot. The melted lava cake needs to be improved by all chilis as when you try to eat the ice cream, the chocolate dressing on top solidifies, leaving hard ice cream which you have to push down to break, leaving the entire lava cake broken. I visited this restaurant with my daughter, grandson, granddaughter, and two great-granddaughters, and we had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We would definitely return, even with a large group like ours. The prices were also quite reasonable.
As for parking, the lot is spacious with plenty of available spots. The restaurant is very kid-friendly; the staff was genuinely welcoming to the children, and they really enjoyed themselves (ages two and four).

In the past, the service has been satisfactory. However, during my last visit on a Saturday evening, I think I may have made a poor choice. Since we didn't want to sit in the bar area, we were informed there would be a 15-minute wait. After waiting for 45 minutes without being seated, we decided to leave and ended up having a lovely dinner at a restaurant just down the street. My star rating might not truly reflect the experience, as I didn't actually dine there.
We requested a booth not in the bar and told us about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed we were told again we had to wait until a booth for four would be available. We could see at least 2 booths that were empty and Clean. She proceeded to seat 3 other parties and we still didn't seated. We left and probably won't be back. Horrible situation.

Jennifer, the staff member at the takeout counter, was incredibly sweet and friendly. Despite being very busy when we arrived to pick up our order, she made sure to be attentive and personable with us. She is definitely a valuable asset to our local Chili's restaurant!
