Extremely unprofessional experience. I placed an order on their website, expecting it to be delivered by DoorDash within an hour. After an hour and a half, I received a notification that someone took my food, and then the order was canceled on their website. I waited an additional hour and a half, but still did not receive my food or a refund. Instead, I only got an email stating I needed to call them to get my money back. They did not fulfill my order, wasted my time, and left my children hungry. Now I have to jump through hoops to reclaim my money, even though they clearly did not provide the food but still processed my payment. Ordered Texas Cheeses Fries, ended up with Texas Cheese surprise. Manager apologized, and offered to take $10.00 off the bill....I feel like it should have been more. I had a piece of cooked sponge mixed in my cheese fries!!! Yes a sponge!!! Dontknow if I ate some or not! My question is...if y'all know that the sponge that you clean with ended up in the fryer, then onsomeones plate, mixed in their food...did you change the oil? Or did you continue to cook with that oil? Was there chemicals onthat sponge? Could I have accidentally ingested deep fried chemicals along with my fries?....And all you did was offer to take$10.00 off of my bill? Come on people....do better. You should treat your pat...
I ordered over 50.00 worth of food through door dash. Waited over an hour. Called and was told my order went out by the Togo waiter. 3 minutes later got a text saying my order was cancelled. Called back requesting to speak to a manager and was nevertransferred. I was going to drive up there to report this issue however a review for people to be aware was a faster way for meto warn others. Do not waste your time ordering from this restaurant through door dash.
Me and my wife ate at the south philadelphia chili's on july 15th we set at table 61 and The waiter was rude, we waited about two hours for our food and the the table's was dirty. Let alone he tried to give us other people orders, and he couldn'tremember what we ordered. Let alone there is Covid-19 out here I will never eat from them again and won't allow any one I knowto eat from this place and the food wasn't that good.

Loved it. Good food, super busy restaurant Nd bar, loved the food and ambiance. Because it was busy we waited almost 35 minutes to be seated. We went on my birthday ? and the waitress sang birthday song for me and gave an ice cream as a compliment. I just loved it, so overwhelming, Love you all... The food and ice cream ? , both were delicious ??
This place is terrible! If I didn't have to give a star, I wouldn't. We waited almost two hours before we got part of our food. When my husband got his dinner, it was time to go. So his menu went in a dog bag! The cook went out during dinner! I didn't recommend this place! Just terrible????????????
Okay this not good. Ask for medium rare steak came well. The rice was warm along with the loaded potatoes. I hate to say waited 40 minutes.Which you would think it should be hot. Not busy period. Dining outside. The bathroom are nasty. I would notrecommend this location.
Service was alittle slow. only because of staff shortage food was good my server Nina was the best kept checking on me and my friend very friendly went back the next day with my sisters and nephew and niece and daughter and step mother everything wasgood

The chicken fajita platter was fresh, delicious and very tasty..The service was great the waiter had a very pleasing personality. I truly enjoyed my dinner. Kudos to the Chef??
