We had Sarah as our server tonight, and she did an excellent job. I have dined at several Chili's locations in Texas, but the food at the Bloomingdale, IL restaurant was noticeably more flavorful. I'm not quite sure why that is. I ordered the sirloin, potato, and corn on the cob, and everything was delicious, especially paired with my blackberry margarita! When our food was being served, the staff coordinated very well at our table, although that attention seemed to wane as the restaurant became busier. If I could give a zero stars I would. I ordered the Ancho SalmonSeared chile-rubbed Atlantic salmon, cilantro pesto, cilantro, queso fresco. Served with Mexican rice steamed broccoli. I had the loaded mashed potatoes instead of the steamed broccoli. When I tell you pictures are deceiving, they are??!! wasn’t nothing seared about my salmon at all I wish I could’ve took a picture before they took it back. The manager told me they don’t Sear here. (so why is it on the menu? . Then we asked for a shot of 1800 dark straight and they brought us watered down shots that’s suppose to be straight no chaser. I will never go to this chili’s again!! Poor management skills.
Havnt been to chili's in forever! This visit was amazing ! The server was new and so attentive and friendly! The manager chris table touched he was also very pleasant! They #reccomended great menu items as I was undecided!
The food was really good. A lot of flavor and it came out nice and hot along with everything together. The service was good. Refills were timely. And the atmospheres really nice as well. I would recommend this place.

The burgers are amazing at this place! The Alex burger was incredibly delicious. The customer service was fantastic as well. Thank you, Gaby—you were an excellent waitress!
The boneless buffalo wings I ordered for take out had hardly no sauce on them. Unfortunately you dont find this out until you get home.
Typically, the burgers are great, but this time they were burned.
The Staff was friendly and very courteous. The food is great.
