I was extremely let down by my recent visit to this restaurant. I had never had a negative experience before, until I went for lunch. The restaurant was not empty when I arrived and the server took our order, but she did not put it in right away. Despite being there at 12:20, by 12:53 we still had not received our food. To make matters worse, another table that arrived ten minutes after us got their food at 12:55. We ultimately left at 12:58 without having been served any food.
I love the attention to detail in the presentation of the takeout dishes at this restaurant. The service is always friendly and the wait time for the food is impressively quick. I have never had a negative experience here - the service is consistently fast and friendly, and the food is exactly what we expect from Chili's!
This is the best restaurant I've ever been to and it's amazing! It's even better than excellent! My suggestion is to try the simple or bbq wings, they are my favorite! You won't be disappointed!
The food and service were excellent, but the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. It is in need of a thorough cleaning.
